The Hope For Children Orphanage relies 100% on your generosity. We receive no funding from any government sources. Cambodia is not a welfare state and abandoned or orphaned children quickly become street children, exposed to a life of dire poverty, slave labour, abuse and prostitution.
We need your help to ensure the monks can provide a loving home for children who deserve a future.
The money you donate through sponsorship will go towards your sponsored child’s: - English classes, vocational training, school uniforms.
- Food and clean drinking water.
- Health - vaccinations, medical and dental work.
- Social Welfare - Khmer dance lessons, sports equipment.
- Clothing and bedding.
- Support, spiritual nurture and care from the monks running the orphanage.
After completing your sponsorship, you will immediately receive more information about your sponsored child. We will also mail you the child's photo, and more about his or her life, including information about the child's country and ways you can communicate with him or her.
